CCCI was founded in 1960 AD as a non-political and nonprofit institution to serve as the unified voice of Chitwan’s thriving business community. As a Founder Member of FNCCI,CCCI has established itself as a prestigious and credible institution advocating for economic prosperity, business development, and social transformation.

Originally registered in 1961 in Kathmandu and re-registered in 1995 in Chitwan under the NGO Act, CCCI is deeply rooted in its mission to uplift the district’s socio-economic landscape. Its core pillars of intervention include: Education, Health, Agriculture, and Tourism.

What CCCI Does:

  • Advocates for favorable policies for businesses
  • Provides business registration and support services
  • Hosts trade fairs, expos, and networking events
  • Conducts trainings, seminars, and capacity-building workshops
  • Acts as a mediator in trade, labor, and industry disputes
