Who Can Become a Member of the Organization?

Industries and businesses established in the industrial and commercial sectors of Chitwan district, registered with the Government of Nepal, can become members of this organization.

What is Required to Become a Member?

An application form provided by the organization must be filled out, along with the submission of the following documents:

• A copy of the registration certificate of the industry, firm, or company registered with the Ministry of Industry of Nepal, the Company Registrar's Office, District Cottage and Small Industry Office, or the Department of Commerce and Internal Revenue Office, along with a copy of the citizenship certificate. One copy each.
• A copy of the decision paper and regulations of a private limited company (Pvt. Ltd.).
• The official letter of authorization in the case of a partnership business.
• In the case of a proprietorship business, an authorized letter signed by the proprietor along with the details of the representative.
• A recent passport-sized photograph and two copies of your citizenship or passport.
